3. Service Booking & Appointments

• Repair bookings can be placed via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• We will confirm your appointment and approximate arrival window at the time of booking.
• Customers are expected to be available at the service location during the confirmed slot.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of technician unavailability due to emergencies.

4. Pricing & Payments

• A service visit or inspection fee may be applicable for doorstep visits.
• A transparent written estimate will be provided before any repair work is commenced.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept cash and standard digital payment methods.
• Prices may vary depending on appliance model, nature of the fault, and parts availability.

5. Warranty on Repairs

All repairs performed by our technicians are covered by a 30-day service warranty on both parts and labour. This warranty is rendered void if:

• The appliance is tampered with, misused, or repaired by any third party following our service.
• The same fault recurs due to external causes such as power fluctuations, physical damage, or flooding.
• The appliance has not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

IFB Service Centre Ahmedabad shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any instance is limited to the value of the specific service rendered.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by providing at least 2 hours' advance notice. Cancellations without adequate notice may attract a nominal call-out fee at our discretion.
